Fantabulous Felixstowe Museum is now closed for the winter
There was so much to see and do at the museum this year. Throughout the season we could revisit (or visit?) the 1980s, the decade that brought us the mullet hairstyle, shoulder pads, shell suits, leg warmers, ‘Shaddap You Face’ and ‘The Empire Strike Back’ – and also Felixstowe Museum! We first opened our doors in 1982.
The office continues to be open during the week for enquiries and research. Contact us by email or phone to check we’re available.
Our evening talks (in conjunction with the Felixstowe Family History Society) are held at Broadway House in Orwell Rd, Felixstowe. We meet on the second Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm. All welcome.
Be sure to check the details below as there may be an option of attending by Zoom depending on the speaker. Please give a week’s notice if you wish to use Zoom.

– There is a maximum of 30 children per session.
– All children must be accompanied by an adult.
